Kumma-Reeves & Ravin Join Alphapointe Board of Directors
Alphapointe is pleased to announce the additions of Amanda Kumma-Reeves and Jeron Ravin as new members of the Alphapointe Board of Directors.
A certified public accountant, Kumma-Reeves is as Manager at MarksNelson. Kumma-Reeves works with mid-market companies nationwide to help them meet various reporting needs and improve operational efficiencies. She has been a manager with MarksNelson since January 2014 and was a supervisor at MarksNelson prior to that time. She brings her specialized services and experience to MarksNelson clients from her previous position as a senior accountant at Deloitte & Touche. Kumma-Reeves holds a Master’s degree in Accountancy and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Central Missouri.
Ravin serves as the President and CEO of Swope Health, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the health and wellness of the community by delivering accessible, quality, comprehensive patient care. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Community Health Center Association of Mississippi. Ravin is also a Fellow of the Latino Center for Leadership Development, a leadership training program for those with a desire to serve their community through positions of impact, such as elected office, corporate or non-profit boards, political appointments, or other positions of public trust. Currently, Ravin is completing graduate studies at Brown University’s School of Professional Studies, earning a Masters of Healthcare Leadership. He holds a Juris Doctor and Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Howard University.
Additionally, Board of Directors Jim Day, Kathy Dusenbery and Michael Williams reached the end of their terms. Alphapointe thanks these amazing individuals for their incredible service to the organization.
