IMA Financial Group Named 2021 Alphapointe Volunteer Organization of the Year

At the 2021 holiday party and awards event, Alphapointe named IMA Financial Group as its 2021 Volunteer Organization of the Year!

Alphapointe has partnered with IMA Financial Group since 2006 as the organization utilizes IMA for both employee benefits as well as property and casualty insurance. The IMA team is responsible for implementing Alphapointe’s current self-insured medical insurance model, which has significantly helped employees and the organization conserve funds.

However, IMA is more than just a business partner as its philanthropic support has been invaluable. IMA is always among the first organizations to step forward and assist the Alphapointe Foundation, including supporting fundraising efforts and providing scores of volunteer hours.

IMA initially began supporting Alphapointe fundraising efforts in 2009 when it hosted a team at Alphapointe’s annual golf tournament. IMA volunteers have served in a number of additional roles, including participating on Alphapointe’s golf committee as well as volunteering at Youth Camps, Expanding Youth Experiences events and at major fundraising events. IMA team members always volunteer at Alphapointe’s signature fundraising event, Boots & Pearl: Wine & Whiskey, and have participated in full force every year.

IMA volunteer support has truly made a massive difference in the success of Alphapointe events that serve youth, seniors and employees with vision loss. Alphapointe simply could not do what the organization does without IMA’s support.
