Alphapointe Wins KCATA Rosa Parks SPIRIT Award
Saluting individuals and organizations who make a positive difference in public transportation and in Kansas City.
Rosa Parks, “Mother of the Civil Rights Movement, once said, “Memories of our lives, of our works and our deeds will continue in others.” In recognition of her spirit and impacts on public transportation, Lathrop & Gage is proud to present the fourth annual KCATA Rosa Parks SPIRIT Award – 2016 Business Partner Award Winner to Alphapointe. Rosa Parks said “Memories of our lives, of our works and our deeds will continue in others.”
The Business Partner Award, presented to Alphapointe, for private sector support of public transportation to improve the quality of life for its employees, residents and visitors to the city. KCATA’s partnership with Alphapointe has resulted in a higher level of customer service and sensitivity for the riding public by including users of the KCATA system in ongoing research, evaluation and quality control.
