Rob Cowan

Rob has 25 years of experience supporting manufacturing in various roles, including safety and health, continuous improvement, Six Sigma, and plant management.  He has been with Alphapointe since 2019 where he has worked to instill a system that prioritizes the safety of our employees, the quality of our products, on-time delivery performance, and the cost of what we manufacture.

Prior to that, Rob worked as Plant Manager for Carlisle Companies, the third largest power transmission belt supplier in the world. He spent 11 years in the Carlisle family where he earned his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and used these skills to mentor others in problem-solving techniques while creating an environment of empowerment.
