Alphapointe Names Corporate Champion & Corporate Volunteer of the Year

At Alphapointe’s 2022 holiday party and awards event, the organization formally recognized the entire team at the Hampton Inn & Suites Country Club Plaza as the Corporate Champion of the Year as well as Jessica Mumma as the Corporate Champion Volunteer of the Year.

Since 2018, the Hampton Inn & Suites has served as the extended-stay hotel for many out-of-town Alphapointe clients who travel to receive rehabilitation and training services from the organization.

Jessica, Sales Manager at the Hampton Inn & Suites, and her team were trained to serve as sighted guides and how to work with people who are visually impaired. With Jessica at the lead, they have gone above and beyond what would typically be expected. The team at the Hampton Inn & Suites takes the time to get to know Alphapointe clients and assists them with things they may need.

In addition, Jessica was named as the Corporate Champion Volunteer of the Year. Jessica has been a trusted and valued volunteer for Alphapointe’s annual Boots & Pearls: Wine & Whiskey event, the annual C&C Group Alphapointe Pro-Am and many Alphapointe employee luncheons.

In 2022, Jessica served as the auction lead for Boots & Pearls: Wine & Whiskey and as the volunteer lead to more than 70 volunteers at the C&C Group Alphapointe Pro-Am. When Jessica commits to doing anything, she steps up and more than exceeds what is needed. She brings great comfort to the Alphapointe staff as they work to ensure everyone including the guests, vendors and volunteers all have a fun and positive experience.

Jessica and the Hampton Inn & Suites are part of Alphapointe’s continued success because of the excellence in all that they do for the Alphapointe staff and the thousands of people the organization serves each year.
